DIRECTIONS:

Recommended Dosage: 2-3x per day 1/2tsp (30-50drops) at a time. Drink directly or add to your choice of beverage. We recommend adding it your favourite green juice, tea or smoothie.

*Warning: Do not take this tonic if you are using anti-depressants, or if you are pregnant. After at least 6 months of nursing, take a very small dose if you need help to treat post-partum depression.
